Yvette joined Legacy Financial in November 2015. She brings over 20 years of service experience in the financial industry and holds her Series 6 and 63. Yvette assists with all aspects of customer service at Legacy.
Throughout her career, Yvette has gained various customer service experiences, from paraplanning and retirement services to individual investments. Her previous work included meeting with new clients to input their data, budgets, investments for financial planning, servicing 401(k) and 403(b) and working directly with the Human Resources departments for non-profit organizations. Such a resume gave Yvette a seamless transition to Legacy Financial.
Yvette is receptive to new ideas and knows how to get creative when finding solutions that leave everyone involved feeling heard and supported. It helps that she genuinely enjoys the company of the people she works with every day – she looks forward to coming into work and being part of a team that always has the client’s best interest in mind. Yvette feels that as a Client Service Associate, it is her responsibility to do the research, paperwork, and follow-up so that the client resolution can be efficient and effective.
She lives in Walton, Kentucky, with her husband, Jason, and their two daughters.
